1. Service
DistroSafe provides audio reconstruction tools intended to reduce common AI-detection artifacts and prepare exports for distribution. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of acceptance by any distributor, label, or detection system.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One free song is included per account. Additional processing requires à la carte credits ($2/song) or Lifetime membership ($20 one-time).
3. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Lifetime membership grants unlimited uploads to the purchasing account. Song credits are non-transferable and apply one credit per processed upload unless otherwise stated at checkout.
4. Acceptable use
You must own or have rights to upload and process the audio you submit. Do not use the service for unlawful content or to infringe third-party rights.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DistroSafe is not liable for rejected uploads, lost revenue, or distributor decisions. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding a claim.
